Dear John, You haven’t exactly set the judicial world alight? That need not concern us here, I am writing about Chris Spivey of Rochford. It is Mr Spivey’s misfortune to live in Essex, where the constabulary are among the most bent in England (quite a feat).
Chief of the CPS in East England is Jenny Hopkins who brings attention to freedom of speech legislation. Let us compare and contrast Mr Spivey’s upcoming sentencing with the lack of action compared to “troll” (more appositely a bog standard racist redneck) Robert Ambridge, also an Essex resident?
Of course, Chris is not pals with the Chief Constable of Essex therefore will not be getting away with “jokes” about Hillsborough or the Bulger murder.
On the topic of murder, didn’t Essex Police have rather a tenebrous hand to play regarding the cover up of Lee Balkwell’s death?
I believe Rigby existed, that anti Islamic sentiment was utilised after his killing, that Lee Balkwell’s murder links to Essex Police at some level and that “Old Holborn” is the darling of far right plod.
Of course Mr Spivey’s sentencing will have nothing to do with his crusade against nonces in the judiciary. Greetings from Ireland, Goggzilla.
nice…niiiice. You should send a thousand copies to his home address.

The war has never been taken to the judiciary, why is that?
I have no idea. I am sure it is within our rights to directly question poor representations of the law, though.
British people surrendered their rights with the Civil Contingencies Act 2006. Quietly.

An important document:
An open letter to Judge Woollard…concerning the illegal methods used to secure a conviction against Chris Spivey.
I’ll comment properly on this later.
As with Forest Gate, the “images” reported could not be found. However the whipping up of Islamophobia has already been fed. Remember, Essex Police have Twitter feeds and a Facebook page, keep it clean, keep it legal, don’t let them feel lonely;)
Indeed. Indeed, indeed.
