“Nick” alias Carl Survivor, Operation Midland and false claims.

If you are stuck for reading material try Harvey Proctor’s “Credible and true”. I am not a fan of Mr Proctor’s political stance but do hold that we ought to be equal before the law. Currently there is a dichotomy, with rape trial accused being identified whilst proven false accusers are given free rein. Such an imbalance only holds within the UK, “Nick” also known as “Carl Survivor” has been named on Livejournal in Ireland.

Primary jurisdiction collides with the legal fact that cyber space has no borders. Now to examine “Nick/Carl” and the accused, plus the fiasco which led to Operation Midland with millions of pounds wasted, all due to plod and the vile Alison Saunders demanding that claims, no matter how outlandish, must be believed.

Harvey Proctor was a Tory MP with a bright future, his louche love life got in the way. Ted Heath was a former Prime Minister. Lord Brittan an ex chancellor. Lord Bramall the ex head of the armed forces. Lord Janner was a noted Labour MP. The ex heads of both MI5 and MI6 (Hanley and Oldfield) were named, as was Major General Sir Hugh Beach and Ray Beech.

Nick/Carl has been extradited from Sweden and appeared before Newcastle magistrates Court today, the 50 year old Gloucestershire ex NHS manager was remanded in custody until 19 November when the buffoons in blue of Northumbria Police will take him to the Crown Court. Will unwanted attention now focus on dubious links between CSA and North Wales Police along with Norfolk Police?

Indeed, what of Tom Watson who claimed that Brittan was “close to evil”? Doubt is now cast on Exaro, Peter Jukes and Jukes sole source in the Daniel Morgan murder cover up. Bunch of coconuts.
