I feel that I am now about to put into the public domain some facts pertinent to the recent welcome news that Ched Evans, who was falsely accused of rape, is now suing his former legal team, Brabners.
Clayton McDonald was acquitted of the same false charge “pink minis – big win” and I overheard at the time “even a monkey high on weed could have acquitted Evans”. Moreover, questions are being asked about how bent Judge Merfyn Thomas was (you may recall him from the ten St Asaph martyrs case).
Loss of earning is a huge legal issue one which Jean Hatchet (ex Tory Cllr Vonny Watts) needs to address. Her role in Evans not being given a contract at Oldham Athletic will come to the fore, as will that of David Conn’s payment by North Wales Police – and North Wales Police failure (refusal) to arrest Louise Mensch. In what was perhaps my final conversation with the “Justice for Ched” campaign, at Stocksbridge Park Steels F.C 8 July 2017, it was mentioned that “Hatchet, Watts, cost Ched an enormous amount of money. Aye, lad, his defence team were crap too”. She links to a bent ex Det Con in Downham Market, Norfolk.
