Back in November 2004, the head of Twitter, Philip Merrills-Dearn, was in hot water with the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and subsequently fined £5000. Merrills-Dearn used headed HP notepaper, in a disreputable move concerning oil drilling.
SOLICITOR MAKES FALSE CLAIMS ‘
LAWYER PHILIP MERRILLS-DEARN appeared before a Disciplinary Tribunal accused of attempting to create a false picture in order to attract big investors. It was said that he made out that his firm had 10 million dollars to put into the oil drilling scheme when in fact they did not, and secondly that he used firm headed notepaper to add credibility. The Law Society could not agree on a unanimous verdict of dishonesty, despite the facts presented.
Phil avoided being struck off. He is now at Twitter and his colleagues are Sinead McSweeney, former spokeswoman for the Garda Siochana/Geisha Sayonara (we all know how bent they are). Prior to that Sinead was token Taig at the RUC/PSNI. Or perhaps she is self hating? On a related note, Gordon MacMillan has been outed as a GCHQ/77 Brigade shill.
How honest is Merrills-Dearn and how honest are Twitter in hiring him and his ilk? The above are all part of The Establishment and the cover up concerning the Daniel Morgan murder continues. Plod must pay up now.
