The CPS are unable to get it right, not only did they fumble the ex Det Ch Supt Dave Cook case, whereby Cook was found to have engaged in a miscarriage of justice over fitting up innocent men in the Daniel Morgan murder, but now non disclosure of evidence is coming to light in the Jeremy Bamber case. Essex Police are notoriously corrupt, the creme de la creme of bent scum, (murder of Lee Balkwell) and now identical tactics in withholding evidence which could exonerate the wrongfully accused, appear to be the modus operandi of Essex and New Scotland Yard.

Dear Hanora (cool name) thank you for the kind comment. The main focus here is the wrongful arrests in the Daniel Morgan murder, though I occasionally write on Northern Ireland (MI5 payee Ian Hurst, Stakeknife et al). The Martin McGartland case is interesting, esp Northumbria Police putting his life at risk.
