It is indeed bizarre that ex Det Ch Supt Dave Cook and the man he tried to frame for the Daniel Morgan murder,, Jonathan Rees of “Southern Investigations” now seem to be on the same side. This curious state of affairs came about as Cook floundered around, the “Daniel Morgan Independent Panel” are fitting him up to be the fall guy in the £140 million plus fiasco, consisting of Rees and others, being wrongly accused of murder several times.
Step forward high profile Martin Hewitt – who shafted the unfortunate Dave Cook with the assistance of Gurpreet Rai, the Metropolitan Police senior legal figure. Det Ch Supt Fiona McCormack is also under the glare of publicity, all of it bad. Being thrown to the wolves are Dalby, Beswick along with others, who were asinine enough to use Gary Eaton as a supergrass. On that note, I know Jacqui Hames reads this – give us Haslam (Derek and James) and you have a faithful paladin.
