Going by the number of hits today on Det Sgt Gary Dalby (he of Heather Stangoe fame, or infamy) and ex Det Insp Noel Beswick, it appears that ex Det Ch Supt Dave Cook’s team are lining up to ensure Martin Hewitt of the NPCC is the perfect fall guy.
What of Doug Clark? He was involved with Operation Abelard II and the framing of Jonathan Rees and others in the Daniel Morgan murder. Cook could do worse than look at the role of John Yates, who attempted to fit up Rees and the Vian Brothers in addition to others.
Why has no adequate compensation been awarded to Jonathan Rees? The Metropolitan Police are far from stingy when paying out known perjurers in the Shouldham area, or is that Ryston?
