There are only about half a dozen errors in this.

“New Law Journal” and “Justice for Daniel Morgan”.
Minor errors first, the inquiry, due to be published Tuesday 15th June, after years of delay, is 1200 pages, with 300 extra pages of notes. Goggzilla worked on 1000 pages, approximately.
Now to the narrative, which Peter Jukes peddles (and is well paid for doing so). Quote “about to blow the whistle on high level police corruption”. This tired trope dates from only recently, from 1987, until a few years ago, it was never promulgated (see the Poulton debrief).
Peter “the Armenian Ass” Jukes white knights for ex Det Ch Supt Dave Cook (Mr Jacqui Hames) who was blown out of the water, when it was proven in court that Cook used illegal methods to maliciously fit up Jonathan Rees, Morgan’s partner at “Southern Investigations”. The surveillance was due to Jacqui Hames having an affair with her FIRST husband, Michael Hames.
Murdoch – this is a Jukes theory, Rupert had very little to do with Rees.
Jonathan Rees and Sid Fillery as suspects. Here, New Scotland Yard are on thin ice. Lazy and incompetent policing from the golden hour at the Golden Lion onwards, plagued the Morgan murder inquiries. Mr Rees and Mr Morgan had a minor argument about money, therefore Jon Rees must be guilty. This, however, neglects the two main theories – and the only plausible ones remianing.
That Morgan was murdered due to adultery (he was a cuckold).
That Morgan was murdered due to a connection with the Bonnici drugs syndicate in Gozo.
Lines that led to the killer being in the Metropolitan Police were ignored in favour of easier collars.
Dr Jon Robins seems like a nice guy, so I am charitably opting for the “he was bamboozled” line.
