I wonder why the Guardian are so biased?

80% of my main blog “Goggzilla” deals with the Daniel Morgan murder. I am going to try an experiment. Haslam ran over and killed an elderly pedestrian, whilst drunk driving. Haslam stole borrowed the vehicle from Det Ch Supt Ken Merton. I wonder what the dead man’s name was? Haslam was fined £60 and disqualified for twelve months, were Horseferry’s Magistrates unduly lenient? *

Now to the dire Gruaniad.

I have been busy recently on finishing an academic conference paper on the killing of Daniel Morgan and my upcoming trip to England. One aspect of Morgan’s murder is the media coverage of it. How biased are the Guardian? David Conn’s payment by North Wales Police is one thing but what of Vikram Dodd and his far from partial articles? Yesterday Jim Waterson wrote of Piers Morgan.

There was only one ex policeman at “Southern” he joined a couple of years after the murder. There is no Rupert Murdoch conspiracy. Jonathan Rees was indeed working with red tops. Does he has anything in common with ex Det Ch Supt Dave Cook? Wouldn’t it be funny if Cook (Mr Jacqui Hames) and Jonathan Rees joined together to get compensation and damages from the New Scotland Yard?

More is coming out about ex P.C Fintan Creaven and how, a year before the Morgan murder, Creaven had chased some Irish travellers and English Romany gypsies out of a pub, with an axe.

*Update – Haslam appeared before a disciplinary board and was reprimanded. Subsequently, any policeman who was caught over the limit drunk driving was sacked, that was even if they had not killed anyone.
