Why hasn’t New Scotland Yard released the results of familial DNA from #Z31, ex P.C Fintan Creaven? Creaven died in 2003 and is buried not far from where I am typing this in County Galway. Creaven was known for using an axe, and being amoral as to where his money came from.
Did a jealous partner pay Creaven to kill Morgan, who had half a dozen extra marital affairs going in at the time of his murder in March 1987?
Or was it Morgan’s connection to the Bonnici drugs cartel in Gozo and a missing shipment bound for West Yorshire that was the motive?
Cunctatory tactics and the police go hand in hand, indeed, Northumbria Constabulary, notoriously bent, used the strategy of wearing down a complainant or bleeding their funds dry. Glenn Vian died before he could obtain justice, his vindication is not far off.
