The covert bugging of Duwayne Brooks, Stephen Lawrence pal, who was with him at the time of the murder, raises questions. Brooks was at his solicitors, Deighton Guedella of Islington, and legal issues arise. As with Daniel Morgan – legally privileged information being passed – surely a crime.
Also. why didn’t DAC John Grieve give an explanation as to why he did not resubmit the clothing from Stephen Lawrence or his killers?
UPDATE – from a wise old owl last night after posting – “There is probably a reasonable explanation. But what is it?”
