The “Daily Mail” is facing quite a grim future. After the murder of Daniel Morgan of “Southern Investigations” his partner, Jonathan Rees, was the focal point of a fitting up by ex Det Ch Supt Dave Cook (Mr Jacqui Hames).
Jacqui keeps banging on about Leveson, but that puts her in the frame with serial fantasists such as Ian “Walter Mitty” Hurst.
Rees had a walk on part in the News Of The World scandal. Various Murdoch employees from Alex Marunchak to Glenn Mulcaire were on the edges of the “dark arts” as Metropolitan Police shill Peter Jukes dubbed them. The “Mail” championed the Stephen Lawrence case yet was hacking his Mother’s phone. Why no arrest of Cook, Wood and their half Wes Indian minion, thus far, nor adequate compensation for Rees and others? Why the protracted delay in a verdict on Bulloch, Crampton, Isley and Weeden, all under a shadow over the Lawrence murder?
