Chris Jarratt links the bungled John Worboys case and the debacle which became the Daniel Morgan murder investigation. Jarratt mishandled the Worboys series of rapes and was also a handler for ex Det Con “Reds” Haslam, the serial fantasist who quit the Metropolitan Police with mental illness in Oct 1989 after Haslam had forced Det Con Alan “Taffy” Holmes into committing suicide by placing immense pressure on Holmes (more later).
Odd that Jarratt enjoys a full pension still. Morgan was murdered in all probability – by Z31, ex P.C Fintan Creaven. Motive? A link to the Bonnici drugs cartel, Gozo. Odd that the DNA test results on Creaven are still occluded from the long suffering public.
Let us not forget that Jarratt was close to ex Det Ch Supt Dave Cook (another policeman claiming mental illness) and Bob Quick. Very curious.
On the subject of delays – why is there still no adequate compensation for Jonathan Rees and others wrongly accused in the Morgan murder? Or action from the CPS over Bullock, Crampton, Isley and Weeden in the Stephen Lawrence murder?
